  • As Interim Group CFO for Family owned, Global Producer of specialized cars (Military & Defense)
    • cleaned books of 30+ legal entities in the Group – enabling performing of External Audit
    • re implemented SAP 4/HANA in all the Legal Entities in the group
    • Started proper CF forecasting
    • build proper month-end reporting/consolidation, budgeting & forecasting (5 days after month-end)
  • As a Head of SSC for Construction/Engineering corporate in the Middle East
    • Built SSC serving 8 legal entities in the region, generating €1.5M in annual savings and reducing 55+ FTEs (Accounting, Procurement)
    • Improved and standardized processes (P2P, R2R, O2C)
    • Automated Reporting, eliminated delay in Regional reporting (reducing it by 5 days)
  • Designed and implemented FP&A frameworks, SOX/ICM controls, and KPI dashboards across global organisations.

Private Equity Value Creation

  • As an Interim Group CFO for PE-backed Automotive supplier operating in Germany, Romania, South Africa, and China.
    • Improved EBIT from €4M to +€10M; reduced G&A –€2M; BCF +€10M, reduced Inventory by –€6M, uplifted overdue collection +€5M, increased DPO +30 days,
    • Reduced month-end reporting period from 30 to 5 days,
    • implemented Proper Budgeting, Consolidation, Forecasting, KPIs,
